Xiaomi Fame Going down in India

The medias are telling the truth about the sale of mi3 from flipkart. The flash sale of mi3 via flipkart earned lot of fame in a Huge phone market –India.The customers who bought mi3 from flipkart are cursing both flipkart and xiaomi for their poor service and for the sale of defective units.The Flipkart’s and Xiaomi India’s social media forumsare filled up with lot of complaints.About 10% of units sold by flipkart are merely useless

or contains hardware or software bugs. Customers are mainly complaining about the SIM tray issues, micro USB issues and over heating problem, Some of them pointed out that the phone book is acting up wierdly and about the camera taking pics witout user permission.

From the all of the above the main issues facing by the mi3  customers  is that not  a single buyer does not get their deffective unit replaced.Many customers and medias tried to contact  the Xiaomi India directlybut no satisfactory response has been provided by the company.

According to a conversation of Xiaomi India Head Manu Jain with IBN Live he replied that replacements are made via flipkart.He replied about the SIM tray issue that its is an error on the part of the user and they posted a video on the same on their facebook page to solve the issue.
